Phil Gerard is a graduate of Bob Jones University (B.A., M.A.) and has held pastorates in Mississippi and Pennsylvania before moving to South Carolina in 1997. He has been in the pastorate for over 20 years.

Converted when he was five years old, Phil committed his life to full-time service at the age of 17 in a campfire service at Word of Life Camp.

Phil has a passion for teaching the Word, seeking to make it simple and relevant.

Phil and Jeanne, his wife of 30 years, have reared three children, Justin, Lauren and Meredith.

Dave Preston is a graduate of Bob Jones University (B.A., M.A., M.S.) and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Whitefield Theological Seminary.

The Lord graciously brought Dave to Christ after subjecting him to a series of illnesses throughout his teenage years. In the midst of trial and pain, Jesus’ words were convincing: Come to me… and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28).   

Because Christ so graciously healed Dave both physically and spiritually, his desire to minister is driven by Calvary’s love. Whether through preaching, counseling, or friendship Dave seeks to amplify the life of the Crucified Christ. 

Dave and Molly recently welcomed their first child, Will.
